Water Pump Drive Belt Tensioner Shield Replacement (RPO LD8)
Removal Procedure





1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield.
2. Remove the water pump drive belt tensioner shield bolt/nuts.
3. Remove the water pump drive belt tensioner shield.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the water pump drive belt tensioner shield onto the studs.

2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Install the water pump drive belt tensioner shield bolt/nuts.
Tighten the bolt/nuts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
3. Install the fuel injector sight shield.
