Condition
Some customers may comment that when in the heater mode, the airflow to the driver feet area is low or that they cannot feel warm air at all. They may also mention that the blower needs to be on high and the temperature set high to maintain comfort.
Cause
This condition is caused by the floor duct, which is part of the IP closeout/insulator panel, being mis-aligned with the left heater duct.
Correction
Replace the left IP closeout/insulator panel with P/N 10368444. This panel has been redesigned to incorporate a new alignment hook feature to improve proper engagement during installation. Refer to the Left Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement procedure in SI.
