Oil Pan Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the powertrain module from the vehicle and install the engine to an engine stand.
2. Remove the A/C compressor with the hoses from the engine.
3. Remove the engine front cover.




4. Remove the oil pan.
5. Perform the following steps as necessary.
1. Disassemble the oil pan.
2. Clean and inspect the oil pan.

Installation Procedure

1. Assemble the oil pan as necessary.




2. Install the oil pan.
3. Install the engine front cover.
4. Install the A/C compressor with the hoses to the engine.
5. Install the engine to the transmission and frame and install the assembled powertrain module to the vehicle.
