Oil Level Indicator and Tube Installation




1. Install the oil level indicator tube.
* Lubricate the O-ring with engine oil and make sure it is in place.
* Make sure the assembly is fully seated in the engine block.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the oil level indicator tube nut.

Tighten the nut to 19 N.m (14 lb ft).

3. Install the oil level indicator.
