Radiator Drain Cock Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Drain the cooling system. 2. Remove the radiator drain plug by unscrewing counter clockwise and pulling straight out. The seal usually comes out attached to the plug.
3. Clean the drain and the drain plug.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the seal on the drain plug stem.
2. Install the drain plug by screwing in a clockwise direction. Make sure that the body is fully seated in the side tank.
3. Fill the cooling system.
