Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Disconnect the engine harness electrical connector (3) from the camshaft position (CMP) sensor.




2. Remove the CMP sensor bolt and sensor.


Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice).

1. Install the camshaft position sensor and bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).




2. Connect the engine harness electrical connector (3) to the CMP sensor.
