Front Wheel Drive Intermediate Shaft Seal Removal




1. Remove the transfer case rear extension bolts (1) and the transfer case rear extension (2).




2. Remove the transfer case input shaft bearing retainer seal (1) from the rear extension.




3. Remove the front wheel drive intermediate shaft seal (2) and the input shaft (1).




4. Remove the transfer case input shaft seal (1) from the transfer case.




5. Remove the transfer case input shaft seal (1) from the transfer case.
