Idler Gear Shaft Front Seal Removal

Special Tools
* DT-599 - Bearing Puller
* DT-8390270 - Sliding Hammer
* DT-8792319 - Adapter

1. Remove the transfer case idler gear shaft (2) with DT-8390270 - sliding hammer (1) , DT-8792319 - adapter , and DT-599 - bearing puller in direction of arrow.
2. Remove the pinion gear (3) from the transfer case.




3. Remove the transfer case idler gear shaft front seal (1).
