Supercede:
This bulletin is being revised to update the Important statement. Please discard Bulletin 10-00-89-015 (Section 00 - General Information).

2011 Buick Regal models built prior to August 2010 may have Service Parts Identification Labels that incorrectly indicate the presence of RPO AUA. This option code is not a selectable item but a change indicator affecting the electrical communication systems and related components. All Buick Regal models built in August 2010 and later should be considered to have RPO AUA. All prior months of build DO NOT have RPO AUA.

Important
The GM Global Warranty Management System and EPC contains the correct information as was built on the vehicle.

Be certain when ordering any replacement components for vehicles built prior to August 2010 that they are identified in the electronic parts catalog as (EXC AUA).

A positive identification can be made by using GDS.
