Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Tube Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement Intake Manifold Cover Replacement.

2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement.

3. Loosen the evaporative emission canister purge tube from the evaporative emission canister purge solenoid valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Procedures.

4. Loosen the evaporative emission tube from the intake manifold. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Procedures.




5. Remove the evaporative emission canister purge tube (1).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the evaporative emission canister purge tube (1).

2. Install the evaporative emission tube to the evaporative emission canister purge solenoid valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Procedures.

3. Install the evaporative emission canister purge tube to the evaporative emission canister purge solenoid valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Procedures.

4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement.

5. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement Intake Manifold Cover Replacement.
