RADIO SETUP

RADIO THEFT PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: Only perform this procedure for Navigation Radio.

Complete the following procedure, using a scan tool, in order to properly set up communication:
1. At the Main Menu screen, select: Diagnostics.
2. At the Vehicle Identification screen, select the following options:
- Model Year
- LD Trk, MPV, Incomplete
3. At the Vehicle Identification screen, select the appropriate model
4. At the System Selection Menu screen, select: Body and Accessories
5. At the Body Screen, select: Entertainment.
6. At the Radio screen, select: Special Functions.
7. At the Special Functions screen, select: VIN Relearn.
8. Follow the instructions on the Scan Tool.
9. Press EXIT on the scan tool and cycle the ignition.

OPTION CONFIGURATION

IMPORTANT: Do not perform this procedure for Navigation Radio. Ensure that vehicle type is set to SRX under special functions. Failure to do so will result in incorrect steering wheel control operation.

Complete the following procedure, using a scan tool, in order to properly set up communication:
1. At the Main Menu screen, select: Diagnostics.
2. At the Vehicle Identification screen, select the following options:
- Model Year
- LD Trk, MPV, Incomplete
3. At the Vehicle Identification screen, select the appropriate model
4. At the System Selection Menu screen, select: Body and Accessories
5. At the Body Screen, select: Entertainment.
6. At the Radio screen, select: Special Functions.
7. At the Special Functions screen, select: Set Options.
8. Select optional modules then select the continue soft key.
9. Using the arrows, highlight the optional module, press enter, and then select the save soft key
10. Press EXIT on the scan tool and cycle the ignition.
11. Turn of the ignition and open the door to cancel RAP.
