Seat Back Panel Replacement - Rear Seat No. 2

SEAT BACK PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR SEAT NO. 2

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Lift the seat back panel up to access fastener covers.




2. Using a flat-bladed tool, remove the fastener covers (1) from the seat back panel.




3. Remove the seat back panel bolts (1).




4. Disconnect the electrical connectors (1) from the panel.
5. Remove the seat back panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connectors (1) to the seat back panel.




2. Install the seat back panel bolts (1) to the seat back.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).




3. Install the seat back panel fastener covers (1) to the seat back panel.
4. Calibrate the seat. Refer to Power Folding Seat Calibration.
