Sunroof Front Window/Sunshade Initialization Process

SUNROOF FRONT WINDOW/SUNSHADE INITIALIZATION PROCESS

INITIALIZATION PROCESS

IMPORTANT: Completely perform the Initialization Process, then completely perform the Teach Module Process.

1. Press and hold the sunroof switch in the open position and the sunshade switch in the close position for 6 seconds.
2. Release both buttons.
3. Press the sunshade switch in the close position until the motor stalls in the close position.
4. Press the sunroof switch in the close position until the motor stalls in the close position.

TEACH MODULE PROCESS

IMPORTANT: Completely perform the Initialization Process, then completely perform the Teach Module Process.

Within 3 seconds of initializing the sunroof, press the sunroof close switch 3 times. Hold the sunroof close switch after you press the switch for the third time. At this point, the module enters the Teach Mode.

1. The sunroof and the sunshade will move to the full-open position.
2. After the sunroof reaches the full-open position, the sunroof will begin to close.
3. When the front sunroof reaches the half-closed position, the front sunshade will close.
4. After the sunroof and the sunshade have fully opened and closed, the Teach Process is complete.
