Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear No.1 - Left

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the seat from the vehicle.
2. Remove the head restraints.
3. Remove the head restraint guides.
4. Remove the left seat cushion.




5. Remove the seat belt guide mounting screw (1).
6. Remove the seat belt guide from the seat.




7. Remove the child seat belt anchor bezel (1) from the seat.




8. Disconnect the J channels retainers (1) from the side of the seat cover.
9. Remove the push in retainers (2) from the seat cover.




10. Remove the seat release latch screw (1).
11. Remove the latch from the seat.
12. Remove the seat back cover.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the seat back cover on to the seat back.




2. Install the push in retainers (2) that retain the seat cover.
3. Install the J channel retainers (1).






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice () in Service Precautions.

4. Install the seat release latch screw (1).

Tighten the screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).




5. Install the seat belt guide screw (1).

Tighten the seat belt guide screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).




6. Install the child restraint anchor bezel (1).
7. Install the left seat cushion.
8. Install the head restraint guides
9. Install the head restraints.
10. Install the seat in the vehicle.
