Condition
Some customers may comment on any of the following conditions:
The Audiopilot(R) feature requires frequent radio volume adjustments at city driving or lower speeds.
The Audiopilot(R) feature attenuates the radio volume too much at low speeds or while accelerating after a stop.
The Audiopilot(R) feature adjusts the radio volume too high when the vehicle is driven around 32 to 48 km/h (20 to 30 mph).
Correction
A revised calibration has been developed to address these conditions. Technicians are to reprogram the BOSE(R) amplifier using SPS with the latest software available on TIS2WEB. Refer to the Service Programming System (SPS) procedures in SI. As always, make sure your Tech 2(R) is updated with the latest software version.
