Pressure, Vacuum and Temperature Specifications
R-12 Pressure-Temperature Relationship Chart:
The illustrated table indicates the pressure of Refrigerant-12 at various temperatures. For instance, a drum of Refrigerant at a temperature of 80°F (26.6°C) will have a pressure of 84.1 PSI (579.9 kPa). If it is heated to 125°F (51.6°C), the pressure will increase to 167.5 PSI (1154.9 kPa). It also can be used conversely to determine the temperature at which Refrigerant-12 boils under various pressures. For example, at a pressure of 30.1 PSI (207.5 kPa), Refrigerant-12 boils at 32°F (0°C).
