No Drive

1. Low fluid level.

2. Manual linkage improperly adjusted.

3. Low fluid pressure.

a. Plugged or restricted oil filter.

b. Cut or missing oil filter O-ring seals.

c. Faulty pressure regulator valve.

d. Damaged pump rotor tangs.

e. Porosity in oil filter to pump intake bore.

4. Springs missing in overdrive unit roller clutch.

5. Overdrive unit roller galled or missing.

6. Forward Clutch.

a. Forward clutch does not apply piston cracked, seals missing, damaged; clutch plates burned; snap ring out of groove.

b. Missing or damaged forward clutch oil seal rings; leak in feed circuits; pump to case gasket improperly positioned or damaged.

c. Stuck or missing clutch housing ball check.

d. Cup plug leaking or missing in the rear of the forward clutch shaft in the clutch apply passage.

7. Lo and reverse roller clutch springs missing.

8. Lo and reverse roller clutch rollers galled or missing.
