SUBJECT: UPDATED PART NUMBERS FOR OIL PUMP ROTOR AND SLIDE

MODELS AFFECTED: 1992-1986 CIMARRON EQUIPPED WITH 125C TRANSAXLES

When servicing the oil pump rotor and slide on the 125 C transaxle, refer to Service Manual section titled "Oil Pump Rotor and Slide Replacement", which describes the following procedure.

FIGURE 1 - PUMP ROTOR SLIDE THICKNESS:

Use a micrometer to measure the original pump rotor and/or slide thickness. Refer to Figure
1. Take measurement on a flat undamaged surface. Select the appropriate service replacement package listed below based on the measurement made on the original part.
