This bulletin supersedes bulletin T-88-128, Group 5, which should be destroyed. The warranty information has been revised.
Some 1985-1988 DeVilles and Fleetwoods may experience a condition of low brake pedal height on vehicles without Anti-Lock Brake Systems (ABS). If owner comments are received concerning the height of the brake pedal during braking, the following should be checked and repaired as required:

If these items are found to be satisfactory, install brake pedal, P/N 25533603 on vehicles built before 1988 VIN breakpoint 223769.
