UNIVERSAL THEFT DETERRENT (UTD) SYSTEMS PRECAUTIONS

On vehicles equipped with Universal Theft Deterrent Systems (UTD), vehicle doors may automatically lock when the system is activated. Be sure to roll the windows down before serviceing the theft deterent system, to prevent being locked out of vehicle during test.
