Throttle Body Unit

1. Remove air cleaner assembly and disconnect Thermactor hose from engine fitting.
2. Disconnect electrical connectors from ISC motor, TPS and injectors.
3. Disconnect throttle cable, transmission control cable and cruise control cable, if equipped.
4. Disconnect vacuum hoses from throttle body, noting positions for installation reference.
5. Disconnect fuel lines from throttle body.
6. Remove throttle body attaching bolts and the throttle body.
7. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Inspect EFE gasket for wear of damage and replace if necessary.
b. Install new throttle body gasket.
c. Torque attaching bolts to 11 ft. lbs.
d. Torque fuel line fittings to 17 ft. lbs.
