SUBJECT: TRUNK LAMP ASSEMBLY CAUSING DEAD BATTERY

MODELS AFFECTED: 1986 ELDORADO AND SEVILLES


Some 1986 Eldorados and Sevilles may experience a dead battery which may be caused by the trunk lamp remaining on while the trunk is closed. To repair this condition, Engineering has released a new trunk lamp assembly (part number 20703150).

For warranty purposes, use labor operation N1530 at .2 hours.
