B480 Anti Lock Data Problem

This code will be set at first ignition on if the proper wake-up data transfer is not noted from the EBCM. This test is only run one time each ignition cycle.

Notes on trouble trees
1. This step checks for a correct voltage at the BCM on circuit 856. Under these conditions the voltage should be at system level. If not, circuit 856 will be diagnosed.
