DESCRIPTION The resume/accel switch is a normally open switch that supplies 12 volts to the ECM when pushed. ECM input EI84 is "LO" with the button not pushed and "HI" with the button depressed.

Notes on Intermittents
Select ECM input EI84 and observe the status while holding the resume/accel button in and manipulating affected wiring. If the fault is induced, the status will jump from "HI" to "LO". Repair intermittent open in CKT 87.
