SUBJECT: SLIGHT FUEL ODOR

MODELS AFFECTED: 1987-1990 ALLANTES


This bulletin supersedes Service Bulletin T-91-54 (Corporate reference number 016306R) which should be discarded. This bulletin is being revised to include an additional procedure, art work, and a new part number.

Some 1987-1990 Allantes may experience a condition of slight fuel odor. This condition may be caused by a saturated fuel vapor canister. The saturated canister releases vapors into the engine compartment.

To repair this condition reroute the fuel vapor canister fresh air vent using the following procedures:
