Vacuum Pump HVAC: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Raise vehicle and remove splash shield, L.H. side of car.
2. Disconnect hoses at vacuum pump.
3. Disconnect electrical connector at vacuum pump.

Electric Vacuum Pump Mounting:

4. Three screws securing pump assembly to mounting bracket and remove pump.


INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Vacuum pump securing it to the mounting bracket with three screws and washers grommets.
2. Electrical connector to pump.
3. Hoses to vacuum pump.
4. Replace splash shield and lower vehicle.
