MODELS AFFECTED: 1985-1987 DE VILLES, FLEETWOODS AND BROUGHAMS


Some Cadillac models with Prima, or Royal Prima cloth interiors may exhibit a "Crushed" condition due to distortion of the material's nap. This condition may appear as a worn spot on a cloth covered door trim pad, or an indentation under a seat belt buckle.

This condition does not represent a discrepancy in the material, or workmanship of the vehicle. All velour-type cloths, including Prima and Royal Prima, are susceptible to nap distortion over time and under a constant load. In most cases, this condition should be considered normal.
