No Part Throttle 4-3 Downshifts

On selected models with a part throttle passage in the throttle plunger bushing.

1. Check for throttle plunger bushing passages not open.

2. Check for 3-4 throttle valve bushing passages not open.

3. Check for PT/D-3 check ball No.3 incorrectly positioned or missing.

4. Check for improperly positioned or damaged valve body gaskets.

5. Check for improperly set throttle valve cable.

6. Check for throttle valve limit valve binding.
