No Blower Operation

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
Based on a signal sent from the Body Control Module (BCM), the programmer sends a variable amperage signal to the power module which is then amplified and sent to the blower motor. The programmer monitors the blower voltage so that the signal can be adjusted to achieve the desired blower motor speed.
TEST DESCRIPTION
Numbers below refer to circled numbers on the diagnostic chart.
1. This step checks to see if the fault is due to an inoperative blower motor.
2. This step checks to see if the fault is due to the blower motor control input circuit or the blower speed output from the programmer or a faulty blower motor ground.
3. This step checks to see if the fault is due to an inoperative power module.
4. This branch checks to see if the fault is due to the programmer and/or circuitry or the BCM circuitry.
