Reed Block Connector Pin Access

Some tests require that voltage and/or resistance measurements be taken at the reed block connector pins. The sensor block side of this connector may be accessed using the following procedure, as shown.

1. Remove sensor block cover screw and cover.

2. Disengage orange reed block connector by pulling outward with fingers as shown in view A.

The reed block connector is marked with the word PUSH.

3. Using a small screwdriver, CAREFULLY disengage the connector locking tab and disengage connector from reed block, see view B.

4. Reed block connector circuits are now accessible for testing as shown in view C.
