Suspension Control - Computer Command Ride (CCR/SSS)
TEST CONDITIONS:
Check for vehicle speed signal during periods when vehicle movement is suspected.
FAULT CONDITIONS:
If vehicle speed signal is not detected for 20 seconds, followed by 5 or more transitions in accelerometer input, set code.
ACTION TAKEN:
Record vehicle speed signal error, then turn on "SERVICE CCR" telltale lamp. System will continue to default to zero speed damping level (firm).
DESCRIPTION:
A vehicle speed signal error occurs when the Control Module detects 5 or more transitions in the accelerometer input after 20 or more seconds without a vehicle speed input. If a fault is detected, the system will set error code 34 and activate the error lamp.
