SUBJECT: OPEN OR INTERMITTENT CONNECTIONS WITH METRI-PAK 150 PULL-TO-SEAT TERMINALS ON EARLY 1991 CADILLACS
Early 1991 C, D, E, K, and V model Cadillacs may experience open or intermittent connections wherever Metri-Pak 150 pull-to-seat terminals are used. The following is a list of connectors that may be affected by this problem:

Intermittent or open connections in these connectors may be caused by misformed female terminals. Refer to Figure 1. Misformed terminals may be identified by the foot of the terminal tongue being trapped under the core of the wire. To repair this condition replace the female terminal with terminal P/N 12047680 (available in the terminal repair kit J-38125).

For warranty purposes use Labor Operation T6511 at .5 hour.
