Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

1. On models with airbag, disarm airbag as outlined under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG DEACTIVATION. Failure to do so may result in accidental deployment of airbag, possibly causing personal injury.
2. Disconnect battery ground cable.
3. Remove A/C vent and radio bezel from instrument cluster bezel.
4. Remove seven screws securing instrument cluster bezel and the bezel.
5. Remove screws securing switch module and pull module from socket in instrument panel.
6. Reverse procedure to install noting the following:
a. On models with airbag, after all work has been completed, rearm airbag as outlined under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG ACTIVATION.
