BCM Code L110:

Headlight Switch Circuit:

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION:
Code L110 indicates the BCM has lost contact with the Headlight Switch. This condition can be caused by a loss of ground or power to the Headlight Switch. When Code L110 is set, the CCDIC will display the message "LIGHTING FAULT" and the twilight sentinel will default to enabled. Another cause is a short to ground on the lighting dataline.

NOTES ON FAULT TREE:
1. This checks for voltage on CKT 740, the supply for the Headlight Switch.
2. This checks the data line for proper connection to the Headlight Switch.

NOTES ON INTERMITTENTS:
Check for poor connection of power, ground, and data circuits to the Headlight Switch.
