Installation

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Swab inside of inlet pipe with R-11 or equivalent.
2. Coat new orifice tube O-ring with clean 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
3. Insert orifice tube into inlet pipe with a smaller screen end first, and push until the tube reaches a firm stop. This indicates a proper seating of O-ring.
- Tighten high pressure line to evaporator to 24 Nm (18 lbs. ft.).
4. Evacuate, charge and leak test A/C system.
