Troubleshooting Hints - Power Windows

1. Verify that Circuit Breaker 23 is OK by removing and making continuity check.
2. Always check component connector for proper terminal contact, refer to TECH TIPS for inspection/repair procedures.
3. If Power Windows do not operate during retained accessory power (RAP), see RETAINED ACCESSORY POWER.
