Camshaft Secondary Timing Chains

CAMSHAFT SECONDARY DRIVE CHAIN






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Front cover.
2. LH cam cover.
3. LH secondary chain tensioner
4. LH chain guide. Access upper chain guide mounting bolt thru hole in cylinder head covered with plastic plug.
5. LH cam sprocket bolts and sprockets.
6. Secondary drive chain.
7. Repeat steps two through six if RH chain is being replaced.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Retime camshafts. Refer to Setting Camshaft Timing.
2. Front cover.
3. Cam cover(s).
