Troubleshooting Hints - Interior Lights Dimming

PROCEDURE
1. Make sure Park Lights turn "ON" and "OFF" normally before proceeding with System Diagnosis, refer to "Exterior Lights," for Park Light diagnosis. Testing and Inspection
2. Check I/P Fuse #41. If I/P Fuse #41 is open, check for a short to ground in CKT 308.
3. Check I/P Fuse #42. If Fuse #42 is open, check for a short to ground in CKT 44, CKT 686 or in CKT 1370.
4. Check that G200 and G207 are clean and tight.
^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check.
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems.
