Heater-A/C BI-Level Valve
HEATER-A/C BI-LEVEL VALVEVacuum Harness:
CAUTION: The following procedures must be followed in the order listed to temporarily disable the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system and prevent false diagnostic trouble codes from setting. Failure to follow this procedure could result in possible air bag deployment, personal injury, or unneeded SIR system repairs.
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
^ Disable the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system. Service and Repair
1. Air distributor assembly.
2. Clips and screws attaching air distributor assembly halves, and separate assembly.
3. Vacuum actuator from air distributor assembly by rotating and disengaging from valve.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Vacuum Actuator to air distributor assembly by engaging to valve and rotating into position.
2. Air distributor assembly halves and install attaching clips and screws.
TIGHTEN
^ Screws to 1.5 Nm (13 lb. in.).
3. Air distributor assembly.
^ Enable the SIR system.
