Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Put Ignition Switch in RUN (Twilight Sentinel Control: OFF).
Normal Result: Vacuum fluorescent displays are bright.
2. Put Lamp Switch in PARK.
Normal Result: VF displays dim and Incandescent panel lamps light.
3. Adjust Dimmer control in both directions.
Normal Result: VF displays and incandescent panel lamps brightness changes with dimmer control.
