DIGITAL AND ANALOG REMANUFACTURED CLUSTER FOR 1992-1993 ELDORADOS AND SEVILLES
In an effort to improve the quality of remanufactured clusters for 1992-1993 Eldorados and Sevilles Cadillac, Delco Electronics, and AC-Delco have instituted a plan to monitor the quality performance of the Reman Centers.
Effective immediately, "DO NOT FOLLOW PROCEDURE IN DSIB 92-I-1 OR 93-I-1 TO EXCHANGE FAILED REMANUFACTURED CLUSTERS". Instead, all dealers are asked to exchange any 1992-1993 Eldorado or Seville FAILED REMANUFACTURED cluster with one central repair location (listed below) for engineering analysis and repair.
Return Procedure and Information:
When a failed remanufactured cluster is encountered, please call the central repair center at 1-800-645-3021 to obtain an exchange cluster; and send the failed cluster to the following address:

Please enclose with the return cluster a copy of the R.O., problem with the remanufactured cluster, name of the Reman Center, and any other information that you would regard as pertinent. Also, send a copy of the R.O., cluster problem description, and the Reman Center name to Cadillac for tracking purposes to the following address:

This return procedure for failed remanufactured clusters will remain in effect until a bulletin is published to terminate it.
