Flexplate/Torque Converter Vibration Test

1. Start engine and allow to idle in Park or Neutral. Observe vibration.

2. Turn Key Off.

3. Remove flexplate to torque converter attaching bolts, then rotate torque converter 1/4 turn.

4. Reverse procedure to install, torquing bolts to 46 ft. lbs.

5. Start engine and check for vibration.

6. Repeat procedure until best possible balance is obtained.
