Condenser Seals
Remove or Disconnect1. Headlamp filler panels.
2. Oil cooler bracket from condenser. Three nuts.
3. Loosen upper radiator bracket. Four bolts. This allows for easier installation of the foam seals.
Assemble
1. Cut two full length foam seals in half. Peel off the paper back and adhere two pieces back to back to make two double-sided seals.
2. Cut two ten inch pieces from another full length piece of foam seal.
3. Cut the remainder of the seal into two five inch pieces.
Install or Connect
1. One of the double sided pieces of foam seal along the right side of the condenser. Refer to Figure 4.
2. One of the double sided pieces of foam seal along the left side of the condenser. Refer to Figure 5.
3. One full length piece of foam seal along the bottom of the condenser. Push foam seal underneath the condenser. Refer to Figure 6.
4. One five inch piece of foam seal around the condenser lines at the radiator support pass through.
5. One five inch piece of foam seal around wire harness on the right side of the condenser at the radiator support pass through. Refer to Figure 7.
6. Upper radiator bracket. Four bolts.
7. Adhere one ten inch piece to the left headlamp filler panel cover and to the right headlamp filler cover. This will provide a seal between the filler panel and upper tie bar. Refer to Figures 8 and 9.
