Snapshot Feature

SNAPSHOT:
Selection of the "SNAPSHOT" test type will allow the recall of all "DATA and "INPUT" values for the selected system from a specific point in time. These values may be retrieved for either a Snapshot that was manually triggered, or if the selected system allows, a Snapshot from the setting of a code.

SELECTING CODESET SNAPSHOT
If a Snapshot for a set code is available, the display will read "X### Snapshot" (where X### is the trouble code), when Snapshot is first selected. This snapshot may be selected by pressing "HI" (resulting in "X### DATA" display), or bypassed by pressing "LO". This selection process may continue until all available stored codes with Snapshot information are displayed. At that point, the manual snapshot display "TAKE SNAPSHOT" will appear. Pressing "LO" here will result in wrapping to the first codeset Snapshot.

TAKING MANUAL SNAPSHOT
If no Codeset Snapshots are available, or all stored codes with snapshot information are bypassed, the display will read "TAKE SNAPSHOT". A manually triggered snapshot may be taken from this point by pressing "HI". This will result in the "SNAPSHOT TAKEN". This display will change to "SNAP DATA" in several seconds.

VIEWING SNAPSHOT INFORMATION
After a Snapshot has been taken or a codeset snapshot selected, the display will read "SNAP DATA" or "X### DATA". The following actions may be taken:
1. Depressing the "HI" button will select the Data values for the snapshot. At this point the display is controlled as it would be for non-snapshot data displays, however, all values represent memorized vehicle conditions.
2. Depressing the "LO" button will allow for Snapshot INPUT values to be selected. The display will read "Snap Inputs" or "X### Inputs"
3. Depressing the "OFF" button on the CCC will return to the original snapshot screen. Pressing "OFF" a second time will return the display to the next available test selection.

If "LO" is pressed, the display will read "Snap Inputs" or "X### Inputs", and the following actions may be taken:
1. Depressing the "HI" button will select the Input values for the snapshot. At this point the display is controlled as it would be for non-snapshot Input displays, however, all values represent memorized vehicle conditions.
2. Depressing the "LO" button will allow for Snapshot Data values to be selected. The display will read "Snap Data" or "X### Data". (See Above)
3. Depressing the "OFF" button will return to the original snapshot screen. Pressing "OFF" a second time will return the display to the next available test selection.
