Idle/Throttle Speed Control Unit: Service and Repair

ISC Motor:

Throttle Body Assembly:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Air cleaner upper housing.
2. Electrical connector at jumper harness.
3. ISC Actuator bracket attaching screws.
4. ISC Actuator with bracket from throttle body.
5. ISC Actuator jumper harness from ISC Actuator.
6. ISC Actuator from bracket.
^ The ISC Actuator is calibrated at the factory and NO ATTEMPT should be made to disassemble the unit. DO NOT IMMERSE THE ISC ACTUATOR IN ANY TYPE OF CLEANER. Immersion in cleaner will damage the ISC Actuator.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. ISC Actuator to bracket.
2. ISC Actuator jumper harness to ISC Actuator.
3. Position ISC Actuator with bracket to the throttle body.
4. ISC Actuator bracket attaching screws.
5. Electrical connector at jumper harness.
6. Air cleaner upper housing. Perform TP Sensor/Idle Learn Procedure.
