New Orifice Tube

Remove or Disconnect

1. Recover A/C system.

2. High pressure liquid line from evaporator inlet line.

3. Orifice tube.

Install or Connect

1. Lube O-rings with 525 oil.

2. Orifice tube.

3. High pressure liquid line from evaporator inlet line.

4. Recharge A/C system. Refer to bulletin # 531206.

Important:
If a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) for low refrigerant is present after the A/C system is recharged, refer to bulletin # 531206.
