FLOORPLAN REIMBURSEMENT
To apply for floorplan reimbursement, dealers should use the DCS Dealer Allowance Program. Application should be made after the vehicle is repaired. Follow the instructions indicated below:
Program Name: "Floorplan Reimbursement for Product Campaign"
Perform the following tasks:
1. Select "Dealer Allowance" from the main menu.
2. Select "new" to begin the new application.
3. Enter the following data:
Data Description Data Values
1. Ident. Code CP
2. Edit Code KV
3. Misc. Data 1 MMDDYY (Date Vehicle is Repaired)
4. VIN 17 Digit Vehicle ID Number
DCS application acknowledgments are transmitted to the dealer on the next business day. Errors are not transmitted to BARS; they should be corrected and re-entered.
Dealers should maintain all original documentation to support the claim. Cadillac reserves the right to audit files. Noncompliance could result in a chargeback.
