Speed Displayed Higher Than Actual Speed

When the EEPROM option register #1 is set for European Economic Community the speedometer will display approximately 7% above the actual speed. To verify proper vehicle configuration, refer to "IPC Diagnostic Parameters", specifically IS08 and IS09 (IPC EEPROM OPTION CONTENT).
