Fig. 8 Stabilizer Shaft Replacement:

1. Raise vehicle and support with weight of vehicle resting on frame, not the lower control arms.
2. Remove right front wheel and tire.
3. On models with road sensing suspension, disconnect position sensor from lower control arm.
4. On all models, remove left and right insulators, retainers, spacers and bolts, Fig. 8.
5. Remove left and right bracket bolts, brackets and insulators.
6. Disconnect exhaust pipe from rear manifold, raise pipe to gain clearance, then withdraw stabilizer shaft.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
