Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) Codes

On-Board Diagnostic System Check Operation:

Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) can be cleared from the Heater and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control by pressing the "OFF" button while DTCs are displaying the SIR pointer -03. After DTCs are cleared, the display will show "00." The Tech 1 scanner can also be used to clear DTCs.
